GLORIA is one of the leading fashion and lifestyle magazines in India. It has taken the market by storm since its launch in January 2009.
GLORIA aims to transcend the barriers between fashion and the mass market and provide a common platform for its readers which include the brand lovers along with the affluent fashion connoisseurs. The magazine provides information on a vast array of subjects ranging from Fashion and Style to Beauty and Wellness, Relationships, Lifestyle, Travel and the Entertainment Industry.
The location of the shoot was New Delhi for the cover of the June 2009 issue and the main theme was the beach. The shoot was done poolside and the model was a bit apprehensive as to how the shoot would turn out as it was quite hot and considering the North Indian Summers but it was perfect as the light brought out the relaxed hotness which the beaches are famous for.
